We provide customers with the ability to purchase beef directly from us. This gives our customers assurance that they are getting a safe and wholesome product to feed themselves and their families.
Quality is important to us. After harvesting the beef, it goes through a dry aging process where it is hung in a cool and well ventilated environment for roughly 2-3 weeks. Enhancing the natural flavors and texture, dry aged beef is tasty and tender.

All shares are considered a split carcass. This means that a share will include meat from both ends of the beef. That includes the roasts, steaks, and hamburger.
