We provide customers with the ability to purchase beef directly from us. This gives our customers assurance that they are getting a safe and wholesome product to feed themselves and their families. 

Quality is important to us. After harvesting the beef, it is hung in a cool and well-ventilated environment for roughly 1-2 weeks. Enhancing the natural flavors and texture, the meat becomes tasty and tender. 

Beef Shares are sold by the quarter, half, or whole.
